    MNIS, Hastings: We are hiring 2 Full-time 40 hour positions, 2 Full-time 60-64 hour positions & 2 Part-time 24 hour Overnight positions and 2 Part-time up to 30 hour positions in our Residential Services setting (home care)!  Full time benefits include health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays.
  • We are seeking team players that provide a fun attitude and friendly personality to assist adults that are developmentally disabled/handicapped in their residence with activities of daily living, including medications, shopping/outings, cooking, cleaning, etc.
  • Wages: 40 hour = $15.00/hour,  60-64 hour (20-24 hrs of overtime every week = $11.00/hour ($43,472 annual income!),  Overnight only = $10.50/hour
  • #1: Hours for 40 hr position: Sunday 6a-10p, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 6-8a & 4-10p.

    MNIS, Oxford, is looking to hire a Health Care Services Facilitator (HCSF).  This position will include LPN job responsibilities if applicant has current license and credentials. 
    Applicant must be comfortable in working with adults that have developmental disabilities, possess a valid driver’s license, and to be effective in communication and organization.
    As a HCSF, you will work with our customers conducting yourself in a professional manner while delivering these services.  Responsibilities will include communication of medical concerns, coordinating/facilitating medical and therapeutic appointments, preparing and gathering pertinent data for the appointments as well as ensure medical needs are communicated and followed through with enhancing quality of life.
    Priorities and duties of the LPN will include but not be limited to:  Directing and monitoring Medication Aides, Teaching Medication Aide classes, and Teaching of non-complex procedures.  This position does require on-call which is performed via phone or texting and allows the LPN to freely engage in their personal life.

Must pay close attention to safety, must drive a fork lift, and backing in trailers.  Must have good customer skills as the person will be working with the public.  Must be able to work with persons with developmental disabilities. Will train the right person.

Two-three days also working 1:00pm-4:00pm. Also every Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm.

  • AVAILABLE NOWMNIS of Hastings is now hiring a part-time position, up to 29 hrs/wk, working in three independent homes, as well as two gentlemen in an apartment.  Hours include: Sunday 7:15am-9:15am & 12:45pm-7:15pm, Two days/week 4:15pm-7:15pm and 1-2 days/wk 4:00pm-7:30 or 8:30pm.

  • AVAILABLE NOWMNIS of Superior has one full-time position with full benefits, and two part-time positions open. Each position is working in a residential setting. You will be providing direct services in their home and community. Positions are on a 2 week scheduled rotation. Starting pay is $11.25 an hour, with education and experience taken into consideration. CPR/First Aid, Medication training, on site, and continuing education are all provided by MNIS.

  • MNIS in Holdrege is looking for a Full Time Supervisor/Instructor. This person would have strong values and a commitment to serving our customers with intellectual disabilities. Upholding the mission statement of MNIS and being a reflection of the agency are what we are seeking in an applicant. Job Duties are, but not limited to:
  • Oversee vocational site - Ensure proper safety measures are being followed - Back trailers, run forklift and bobcat - Provide input and assistance to the development of the yearly plan - Scheduling of staff - Count medications - Provide 20 hours of direct services a week - Complete staff training, coaching, and mentoring - Supervise staff - Provide input for evaluations - Share on call duties/rotate weekends - Maintain a good customer service with all employees and customers.
