MNIS, Oxford, is looking to hire a Health Care Services Facilitator (HCSF). This position will include LPN job responsibilities if applicant has current license and credentials.
Applicant must be comfortable in working with adults that have developmental disabilities, possess a valid driver’s license, and to be effective in communication and organization.
As a HCSF, you will work with our customers conducting yourself in a professional manner while delivering these services. Responsibilities will include communication of medical concerns, coordinating/facilitating medical and therapeutic appointments, preparing and gathering pertinent data for the appointments as well as ensure medical needs are communicated and followed through with enhancing quality of life.
Priorities and duties of the LPN will include but not be limited to: Directing and monitoring Medication Aides, Teaching Medication Aide classes, and Teaching of non-complex procedures. This position does require on-call which is performed via phone or texting and allows the LPN to freely engage in their personal life.

Must pay close attention to safety, must drive a fork lift, and backing in trailers. Must have good customer skills as the person will be working with the public. Must be able to work with persons with developmental disabilities. Will train the right person.
- AVAILABLE NOW: MNIS of Kearney is now hiring part-time positions to work in residential services. May be required to work evenings, weekends, mornings and overnights. Another part-time position is available working in day services from 9:00am-4:00pm.

- AVAILABLE NOW: MNIS of Hastings is now hiring a part-time position, up to 29 hrs/wk, working in three independent homes, as well as two gentlemen in an apartment. Hours include: Sunday 7:15am-9:15am & 12:45pm-7:15pm, Two days/week 4:15pm-7:15pm and 1-2 days/wk 4:00pm-7:30 or 8:30pm.
