  • Provide coaching and mentoring of staff as assigned.

Supervisor/Instructor

  • Assist with the development of the plan.
  • Develop strategies and assistance techniques.

  • Coordinate staff training.
  • Provide specialized, on-going training to staff.
  • Monitor and respond to staff job performance.
  • Assist with managing area budget.
  • Promote and participate in community awareness.

Habilitation Specialist

  • Lead and coordinate agency service planning team in the development of the service plan.
  • Provide assessment information and assist the service planning team with goal planning.
  • Ensure continuity of services.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of service plan.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff and service planning team.
  • Coordinate Human and Legal Rights process.
  • Effectively recruit staff.
  • Provide and monitor staff training.
  • Monitor and respond to staff job performance.
  • Assist with managing area budget.
  • Promote and participate in community awareness.

Health Care Services Facilitator

  • Coordinate and facilitate medical and therapeutic appointments.
  • Facilitate and communicate appointment results.
  • Assist with development of medication administration systems.
  • Provide assigned staff training (i.e. CPR, First Aid, Medication Aide).
